CSV Integration

How to correctly format and import your organization's user data into the system

⬇️ 1: Download the CSV Template

Start by downloading the official CSV User Template. This template contains all required columns in the correct format.

Important: Please do NOT rename, remove, or reorder any columns. The system relies on the exact column names to automatically map data correctly.

📝 2: Complete the CSV Template

Fill in each column with the relevant user information:

Attribute Name

Description

First Name

First name of the user

Last Name

Last name of the user

E-Mail

Company email address of the user

Management

Company email address of the user’s manager (must also be included in the uploaded user list)

Group

Reporting group (e.g., organizational unit, location, rank). Only one group per user can be assigned via CSV

Main Phone Number

User’s landline or Teams phone number (prioritized for vishing calls)

Mobile Phone Number

User’s mobile number (prioritized for smishing). If only one phone number exists, it will also be used for vishing

Status

Determines whether the user receives simulations: ACTIVE or INACTIVE

Salutation

Indicates the user's gender: HE, HER, or UNDEFINED

If set to UNDEFINED, our AI Gender Classification Automation will estimate gender based on the first name

Language

User’s preferred language

Supported Languages and Format (Language (Format): German (DE), Spanish (ES), French (FR), Portuguese (PT), Brazilian Portuguese (BR), Italian (IT), Dutch (NL), Korean (KO), Malay (MY), Chinese (ZH), Japanese (JA), Russian (RU), Arabic (AR), Hindi (HI), Turkish (TR), Polish (PL), Swedish (SV), Danish (DA), Finnish (FI), Czech (CS), Greek (EL), Bulgarian (BG), Croatian (HR), Slovenian (SI), Slovak (SK), Lithuanian (LT), Thai (TH), Romanian (RO), Indonesian (ID)

Job Title

User’s job title

Country

Country where the user is located

Time Zone

Time zone in Java TimeZoneID format

Department

Department the user works in

⬆️ 3: Save and Upload the CSV

Once all fields are completed:

  1. Save the file as a .csv

  2. Navigate to the Employees page

  3. Click the Add button

  4. At the bottom of the pop-up, select the option to upload a CSV

  5. You will now be prompted to map CSV columns to system attributes. If you used the original column names from the template, mapping will occur automatically. If not, manually select the correct attribute for each column

🔎 4: Submit and Review

  1. Click Submit

  2. Verify that all fields were imported correctly and assigned to the appropriate users


Final Checklist

  • Ensure all email addresses are valid and unique

  • Include managers not included in the Simulation run as Inactive in the upload if they are referenced

  • Avoid blank required fields

  • Use the template formatting without modifications
