revel8 can gather public information about your company, such as locations, suppliers, products and open positions, and use it to make simulations realistic. It fills in details that simulations reference, like supplier names or plausible file names. You find it under Organization → Context collector, on the AI generated context tab.
1. Collect the context
revel8 runs the collection for you. If the AI generated context tab is empty, or you want it refreshed, ask your revel8 contact. A collection takes up to 10 minutes.
⚠️ Warning
A new collection overwrites the existing context, except for data points you have fixed (step 3).
2. Review and correct it
Click Edit context (the pencil icon) at the top right.
Change or remove anything that is wrong or out of date.
Click Save changes, or Cancel editing to discard your changes.
3. Protect the data points you corrected
To keep a value you have corrected, click the lock icon next to it (Fix data point). The data point is then marked Fixed and stays as it is when the context is collected again. Click the lock again (Remove fix) to let it update.
