📊 Overview Dashboard
The Overview Dashboard is the central hub for monitoring your organization's security awareness. It provides a real-time snapshot of awareness scores and key KPIs across all simulations.
🔍 1. Filters & Global Controls
Use the controls at the top right to define the scope of the data displayed:
Filter by Date: Select a specific time period or use quick-range buttons (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year).
Filter by Groups: Drill down into specific employee segments or departments.
Note: Default groups show all SCIM / LDAP synced groups or manually created groups while additional groups can be added using the smart grouping featureRound Numbers: Toggle this to display rounded figures for easier readability.
💡 Logic Note: Calendar Month Basis Filters operate on a full-month basis rather than a rolling 30-day window. For example, selecting "1 Month" in February will display data for the full month of February and compare it against the full month of January.
🌡️ 2. Awareness Score Chart
The bar chart visualizes the Awareness Score per month over the selected time range. This allows you to identify trends and measure the long-term impact of your phishing simulations.
Weighted Scoring Logic:
The score reflects how effectively users respond to attacks based on the following weights, and is calculated on individual basis and then aggregated:
📈 3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The KPI cards provide a snapshot of your current performance across multiple areas. The metrics always considers the selected timeframe. Each KPI includes a trend indicator showing the change in percentage points (pp) compared to the previous selected period (e. g. if 3 months are selected, the KPI will be compared with the prior 3 months).
KPI | Description |
Awareness Score | A weighted metric combining interaction, reporting, and incident rates. |
Simulation Count | Total number of simulations sent in the current timeframe. |
Interaction Rate | Fraction of people who performed a potentially dangerous action (e.g. clicked a link, clicked an attachment). |
Reporting Rate | Fraction of employees who correctly reported a simulation as a threat. |
Training Completion | Fraction of employees who completed a training after an interaction. |
Employees Trained | Percentage of distinct employees who completed at least one training module of the total employees who received simulations. |
📊 4. Visual Breakdowns
The bottom of the dashboard features two detailed views:
KPI Development Over Time: A line graph tracking the performance of your selected metric.
Simulation Count by Group: A bar chart showing the distribution across your existing groups.
💡 Tip: Smart Group Reporting
To add more dimensions to the "Simulation Count" chart, create a rule in the Smart Grouping tab and ensure the REPORTING scope is selected.
See for example below to split employees by their "Country" attribute:
