The Simulations View acts as the central hub for managing your organization's simulation catalog. It allows you to monitor past performance by simulation type, manage the current execution status of templates, and deep-dive into specific result flows.
📊 1. Overview: Execution Trends
The Overview section at the top of the page visualizes your simulation volume over time, categorized by attack type.
Time Range Controls: Use the quick-range buttons (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 1 Year) to define the timeframe.
Filter by Type: Use the dropdown menu to select specific simulation types (e.g., "SMS with fake website" or "Email with attachment") to isolate them on the graph.
Trend Visualization: The stacked line chart shows the total count of simulations delivered, helping you verify that your training mix remains balanced across different threat vectors.
📋 2. The Simulation List
The List View displays every simulation template currently or previously in use, providing a high-level summary of their effectiveness.
Status Tabs: Filter the list by All, Executed, Scheduled, or Stopped to manage your current simulation queue.
KPI Summary: Each row displays critical metrics for that specific template:
Total Count: Total number of times this simulation was sent.
Interaction Rate: Percentage of dangerous actions taken.
Reporting Rate: Percentage of correct threat reports.
Training Completion Rate: Percentage of users who followed through with training modules.
Pagination: Use the Next button at the bottom of the list to browse the wider simulation catalog.
🔬 3. Detailed Simulation Analysis (Sankey Diagram)
By clicking the "i" icon on any simulation row, you can access a deep-dive analysis of that specific execution.
This view uses a Sankey diagram to visualize the user journey from start to finish:
It tracks every step, such as Mail opened to Mail clicked, Training started, and ultimately Training completed or Ignored.
This allows you to pinpoint exactly where users drop off—for example, if many people report the mail but few start the subsequent training.
🧪 4. Testing Simulations
You can quickly test any simulation before it goes live to your wider organization.
Click Test Simulation on the desired simulation.
Select Employee: Your own record is predefined if you are an existing employee in the platform.
Select Locale: Choose the language version you wish to test.
Run Test: Click Run test execution.
⚠️ Attention: Be careful when selecting an employee for a test run. Unless you intend to send a simulation to a specific colleague, ensure your own email is selected to avoid unintended employee confusion.
⏯️ 5. Managing the Automatic Playlist
If you are using the Automatic Playlist for scheduling, the Simulations view allows you to control which templates the system is allowed to use.
Pause: Click the Pause button to prevent a specific simulation from being executed as part of the automatic scheduling.
Start: Click the green Start button to re-enable a simulation for the automated rotation
