Manage Company Email Signature

Give revel8 simulations your company's real email signature, with placeholders filled in for each employee.

Simulations look more convincing when they carry your company's real email signature. Set it up once, with placeholders that revel8 fills in for each employee. You find it under Organization → Context collector, on the Email signature tab.

Choose one of two ways to create it. Either way, changes save automatically.

1. Import your existing signature

  1. Click Import from HTML.

  2. Paste the HTML source of your company's current email signature.

  3. Click Generate Signature. The result appears in Signature Template, with placeholders already inserted where employee details belong.

  4. Check where the placeholders landed and adjust them if needed.

2. Write it in the template editor

  1. Type or paste your signature code into Signature Template.

  2. Insert placeholders from Available placeholders wherever employee details should appear, for example ${EMPLOYEE_FIRST_NAME} or ${EMPLOYEE_JOB_TITLE}.

Check that it works

Under Employee Selection, pick an employee to preview the signature with their real details.
