Learn to navigate through the Academy as an Admin

In the Admin View of the Academy you can manage the educational content, tracking learner progress, and designing impactful training campaigns.

šŸ“Š 1: Academy Dashboard Overview

Upon entering Content Section > Academy, you are presented with a high-level performance snapshot. Use these metrics to evaluate the health of your training programs at a glance:

  • Completion Rate: Completion rate across all modules.

  • Average Score: The performance across all completed modules assessments.

  • Enrollments: Total number of enrolled employees currently in the system.

  • Planned Campaigns: Number of planned campaigns.

  • Past Campaigns: Number of ended campaigns.

  • Missing Activities: Number of employees who havenĀ“t completed ended campaigns.

šŸŽ›ļø 2: Managing Content: Campaigns & Modules

Below the dashboard, you can toggle between two primary views to manage your curriculum:

Campaigns Tab

View and manage your Active and Inactive campaigns. Each entry provides a status summary including: Scheduling, Trigger, Completion???

Modules Tab

A detailed inventory of individual learning units. This view includes the

  • Average Score & Rating: Feedback and performance data from learners.

  • Difficulty & Category: Metadata to help organize and filter content.

  • Updated At: The timestamp of the most recent content revision.

āœļø 3. Creation & Customization Tools

In the top right corner, you will find the primary action buttons to build and brand your academy:

  1. Policies

    • Click to upload new policy documents (PDFs, Handbooks).

    • Edit existing policies to ensure your compliance documentation is always up to date.

  2. Designs

    • Customize the look and feel of your academy.

    • Upload company logos or other visual elements that will be shown in the modules

  3. Create

    • The main engine for building new content. Select this to build:

      • Campaigns: Group modules together for a structured learning path.

      • Modules: Build individual lessons or assessments.

      • Templates: Save frameworks to quickly replicate successful training structures in the future.
