Human Risk Monitor
Where you evaluate results.
Overview: your dashboard for key metrics at a glance, like reporting rate and interaction rate.
Incidents: a log of the non-protective actions employees took during simulations.
Reports: deep-dive reporting, if enabled for your organization.
Simulations: all planned and running simulation runs.
Playlist: the awareness content queued for each employee, who receives what and when.
Academy report: results from Academy training modules.
Content
Where you build and manage what you send.
Threat composer: build your own phishing simulations.
Learnings: in-the-moment training content shown alongside simulations.
Campaigns: plan, schedule, and run targeted simulation campaigns.
Academy content: manage the training modules assigned to employees.
Organization
Where you manage people, context, and technical setup.
Employees: manage employees, user roles and access, and organize employees into groups, which decide who receives which simulations and training.
Contact center: manage voice-phishing contact centers, if the module is enabled for your organization.
Context collector: maintain the details that make simulations realistic, such as internal tools, industries, email signatures, logos, and voice clones. Some of this can also be collected automatically.
Settings: everything technical, grouped into Identity & access (access controls, users), Integrations (mail delivery, employee sync, whitelisting, Outlook Reporting, the API), and Simulations (playlist configuration, business hours).
